Ω 601 movement is one of the best ever made manual wind movement, the durability of this movement is big, I have find some 601 movements who have not been serviced for over thirty years and still work without problems.
Ω 601 movement was manufactured from 1962 to 1970. Movement serial number on mine is 29219079 and it can be concluded that watch was manufactured in 1969.
