The upper crown is for manual winding and setting the time, the lower crown is for locking the rotation of the bezel, bezel rotate in both direction. Watch working perfect and no need any additional investment. It is very difficult to find a watch like this in such good condition, when I got it, it had the original rubber strap on it, which cracked from age and standing, so I put a new leather quality strap on it that is similar to the one that was on it. Measured without the crown, the watch is 41mm wide, everything on it is original except for the strap which fit perfectly.
A nice vintage big Sicura in a condition rarely seen.
