Seiko Elnix watches are sold mostly in the Japanese market, there were hardly find any in other markets. That is why they can only be found in Japanese market today.
Seiko Elnix is electro – mechanical watch with balance wheel, movement ticking same as mechanical watch tick. This is not quartz watch.
