This watch produced in October 1971. It is another proof of how much better watches were made then than today. Seiko 6138-0020 was sold only for the Japanese market and that is why it was nicknamed Tokei Zara. In translate Tokei in Japanese means clock and Zara is the name for an oval dish, watch got this nickname because of his looks, although by case shape Tokei Zara reminds me of Seiko Helmet.
